The concept

Currently capsulation R&D is still in to early 1980s of tableting, wherein researchers used single punch reciprocating type of tablet press. Similarly, today 90% of the researchers are using manual capsulation equipments which are in gross violation of a correct scale up of the process.

Most of the production scale encapsulation machines of capacity of more than 10,000 capsules per hour are fully automatic either tamping or dozating type. Mini cap is indias first automatic bench-top capsule filling machine for powder and pellet filling. The machine has been designed to fill gelatin capsules and is incorporated with plc controls and is designed as per gmp and CE standards.
